#1: Oatmeal and egg facemask.

It isn’t a secret for anyone that oatmeal is great for your body, it provide us with the fiber we need and it helps regulate our vaubel movements, but it turns out it’s also great for the skin.

All you have to do is crack an egg and just keep the egg white with you and then add a bit of oatmeal to it (There aren’t any precise measurements) until you create have a good mix of both. Apply directly to your face and let it act for about 20 minutes, remove, and that’s it!

#2: Use onions to grow your hair out.

Onions are actually great for your hair since they help it become stronger and grow out a bit faster. There are two easy and quick ways to incorporate onions to your hair routine.

First, you can create a hair mask by mixing raw honey with chopped onions. Just add enough honey to cover up the mediums and bottom of your hair and apply it once every week if possible.

Another way to incorporate onions into your hair routine is by chopping off some onion bits small enough to put them inside your shampoo bottle and apply that mix whenever you wash your hair. Trust us, it won’t leave a smell, and it will help your hair in ways you haven’t seen before.

#3: Coffee facemask.

Coffee is used for many skin treatments due to its  natural benefits, as it turns out it is great to exfoliate and cleanse your skin. Mix a bit of powered coffee with raw honey (you can even add dark sugar as well) and apply to your face like a facemask.

You can rub the mix in in circular motions for a couple of minutes before letting it rest for a while. Remember to wash it off with lukewarm water and a soft towel.

#4: Olive oil to exfoliate your skin.

Yes, you read that right, you can use olive oil to exfoliate your skin if you mix it with salt, specially thick, marine salt. Mix them both together  and rub it all over your body to get rid of the impurities in your skin! You can apply it everywhere from the neck down.
