You will avoid alterations in your body.

Meet the fundamental ingredients for a full breakfast.

We have always heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day; however, not everyone gives this meal the attention it requires. Perhaps remembering the benefits of a full and balanced breakfast to start the day invites us to change our eating habits:

A good breakfast provides the energy that the brain needs after a night of fasting, that is, it improves our intellectual performance.

After the night fast, food intake activates the metabolism avoiding fat accumulation. A false myth suggests that not having breakfast helps you lose weight. Nutritionists point out that not eating in the morning produces in the body the so-called “saving mode”, which causes the body to accumulate calories in the absence of nutrients.

Reduce anxiety and allow you to arrive at lunchtime with less hunger, avoiding the pecking of less healthy and more caloric foods and therefore reduce the risk of being overweight or obese.

You will avoid alterations in the organism such as hypoglycemia and hypotension. Omitting this meal causes blood glucose levels to drop, so the body is forced to look for other energy sources that produce a ketosis situation (metabolic state that causes dizziness, weakness and headaches).

Breakfast provides the basic nutrients for the body to function properly. If breakfast includes hydrates, proteins and fats you will be giving your body the energy and nutrients necessary to start the day, as well as improving your mood.

Experts recommend not devoting more than 20 minutes to this meal and especially not choosing industrial pastries at our daily breakfast. A full breakfast would include slow assimilation carbohydrates (muesli, oatmeal, and whole wheat bread), fruit (much better whole than in juice) and low-fat proteins (turkey, fresh cheese or yogurt).
